My journey into this field began after a personal and life-changing experience. Years ago, I had a severe panic attack while swimming in the open sea. That moment forced me to stop and reflect. I realized I needed to slow down, reconnect with myself, and make my health a priority. Through this, I discovered the power of touch and holistic care and it completely changed my life.

In addition to my work in wellness, I hold a Master of Arts degree and have always loved music. I spend much of my free time playing the guitar. This creative side gives me a deep sense of sensitivity and awareness, which I bring into every treatment. I believe that healing involves both the body and the mind.

Over the years, I have worked in some of London’s top luxury spas. I’ve had the pleasure of treating a variety of clients, including actors, dancers, musicians, models, and influencers.
