Booking Policy

If you contact me by WhatsApp and email please leave your general details. You will be sent confirmation of booking or offered alternative day/time by WhatsApp/text or email.
New Clients
All new clients are kindly required to make an upfront payment of the full treatment value at the time of booking request in order to reserve and confirm the slot.
New clients will be able to pay according to the following payment method: by bank transfer. More details will be provided at the time of booking.
Existing Clients
For follow up treatment, existing clients can pay at the time of booking in cash by bank transfer or if at my studio/clinic in cash and by card.
Mobile Service (at your home/hotel)
All clients (new and existing) are kindly required to make an upfront payment of the full treatment value at the time of booking request in order to reserve and confirm the slot.
Gift Card recipients
If you have been gifted a Gift Card please book an appointment by using the methods above.
Gift Card is valid 3 months from the date of purchase, please check T&C’s for more info.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
While I reserve my time to provide you with the best massage available, I have the following cancellation policies.
Early Cancellation
If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, I will reschedule the appointment and no fee will be charged.
Late Cancellation
If you cancel under 24 hours, a 50% fee of the full treatment value will be charged. If you cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice, a 100% fee will be charged.
Lateness and No Show
Clients who might running late, please be kind enough to notify me by WhatsApp/Text/Call or Email so I can plan your treatment accordingly, this might involve decreasing treatment time or rearranging to a different time on the same day, when possible, to avoid unnecessary cancellation fees. Should the treatment be cut short you will still be charged the full amount.
If you don’t show up within 15 minutes of your appointment start time and you don’t notify me your booking will be automatically cancelled for no-show and charged full amount.
For mobile service: If I show up at your site and you are not at the designated meeting place within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, you will be considered a “no show.” I will reschedule your appointment, but you will be charged 100% fee of the full treatment value.
Clients that have previously cancelled appointments without adequate notification as shown above and “no show” clients, will be asked to prepay the full treatment value for any future appointments.
