Gift Cards
Gift Cards from ME TIME – Massage & Body Sculpt are available in values of £50, £100 and £150 and can be used towards eligible massage and body contouring treatments at my Camberwell studio, Marylebone clinic, or for eligible mobile massage treatments across Central London within Zones 1 & 2, subject to treatment, location and appointment availability.
Gift Cards are available as either a Physical Gift Card or an Electronic Gift Card (E-Gift Card). Physical Gift Cards can be collected from my Camberwell studio or posted to your preferred address (shipping fees apply). E-Gift Cards are personalised and sent via WhatsApp or email.
Ordering & Payment
Gift Cards are ordered by selecting your preferred value on the Gift Card page and clicking “ORDER THIS GIFT CARD”, which will redirect you to WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Payment details will then be provided directly.
When ordering, the purchaser will be asked whether they would like a Physical Gift Card or an E-Gift Card and to provide the recipient’s name so the Gift Card can be personalised.
The purchaser’s contact details should be provided when placing the order, rather than the recipient’s, unless otherwise agreed. This allows me to communicate directly with the purchaser regarding payment, personalisation and delivery of the Gift Card.
E-Gift Cards will be sent to the purchaser via WhatsApp or email once payment and the required personalisation details have been received.
For Physical Gift Cards sent by post, ME TIME – Massage & Body Sculpt / Robert Matzuzi cannot accept responsibility for Gift Cards that are lost, stolen or damaged during or following delivery.
Validity & Redemption
Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within their validity period. Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will no longer be valid.
Gift Cards can only be redeemed towards eligible treatments and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
Gift Cards may be used towards discounted treatments or treatment packages, subject to the applicable offer or package terms and availability.
Gift Cards are redeemed directly when booking or attending a treatment and cannot be used as an online payment method or at an online checkout.
The recipient must present their Gift Card when attending their appointment. For an E-Gift Card, the electronic Gift Card displayed on a phone or other device is sufficient.
Using the Gift Card Balance
A Gift Card may be used in full or partially towards the cost of a treatment.
If the recipient’s chosen treatment costs more than the available Gift Card balance, the recipient is responsible for paying the difference using an accepted payment method.
If the recipient’s chosen treatment costs less than the available Gift Card balance, the remaining balance can be used towards another eligible treatment, provided it is used before the Gift Card expires.
Any remaining balance cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Treatment Availability
All treatments, appointments and locations are subject to availability. While every effort is made to keep the services advertised by ME TIME – Massage & Body Sculpt up to date, treatments may occasionally be changed, replaced or withdrawn without prior notice.
Where a particular treatment is no longer available, the remaining Gift Card value may be used towards another eligible treatment within the Gift Card’s validity period.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Cards
ME TIME – Massage & Body Sculpt / Robert Matzuzi cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged Physical Gift Cards once they have been collected or delivered.
Customers are encouraged to keep their E-Gift Card or relevant Gift Card information safely until the full balance has been redeemed.
Packages
Treatment Packages offer clients the opportunity to receive a discounted rate when purchasing a set number of treatments in advance.
The full package price must be paid upfront at the time of purchase and before the package treatments are provided. Confirmation of payment will be provided as proof of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, packages are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. Clients are encouraged to schedule their treatments regularly and, where possible, book their next appointment in advance to ensure they can complete all sessions within the package validity period.
Appointments remain subject to availability, and purchasing a package does not guarantee specific dates or appointment times. Clients are therefore encouraged to book in advance, particularly during busy periods.
Certain treatment packages require specialist equipment and are not available as a mobile service. These include Hot Stone Massage, Dry Cupping Therapy, Wood Therapy and Ultrasound Cavitation RF packages and are available only at the applicable studio or clinic location where the treatment is offered.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to another package or treatment package once purchased. Any unused sessions must be redeemed within the applicable validity period and, unless otherwise agreed or required by law, cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
All individual appointments booked as part of a package remain subject to the applicable booking, cancellation and rescheduling policy.
I particularly recommend adding that final sentence. Someone purchasing a package should still understand that your normal cancellation/rescheduling rules apply to each appointment within the package.
Good Practice Policy
I am a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and hold recognised qualifications in Massage Therapy, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology. I am committed to maintaining high professional standards and providing treatments in a safe, responsible and ethical manner.
As an FHT member:
- I adhere to the FHT Code of Conduct and Professional Practice, maintaining appropriate professional and ethical standards at all times.
- I follow appropriate health, safety and hygiene practices to help maintain a clean and safe treatment environment for every client.
- I maintain appropriate professional and treatment liability insurance for the therapies and services I am qualified and insured to provide.
- I undertake Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to maintain and develop my professional knowledge, skills and practice.
- I handle clients’ personal information with care and confidentiality and in accordance with applicable UK data protection requirements, including UK GDPR. Please see my separate Privacy Policy here for further information.
Medical Conditions & Client Health
Clients are required to disclose any relevant medical conditions, health concerns, recent surgery, injuries, medications or other information that may affect the suitability or safety of a treatment during the booking and consultation process.
All new clients are required to complete a consultation form before their first treatment. Returning clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any changes to their health, medical conditions, medication or circumstances that may affect treatment before each subsequent appointment.
Certain medical conditions, procedures or circumstances may be a contraindication to treatment or may require the treatment to be adapted, postponed or declined. Where appropriate, the client may be asked to obtain written medical clearance from their GP, consultant, surgeon or other appropriate healthcare professional before treatment can be provided.
ME TIME – Massage & Body Sculpt (Robert Matzuzi) reserves the right to postpone or refuse treatment where it would be inappropriate or potentially unsafe to proceed. This may include, but is not limited to, situations where a client:
- has a fever, nausea, diarrhoea, an active infection or infectious illness;
- is experiencing unexplained or undiagnosed pain or other symptoms that require medical assessment;
- is under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs;
- has a known contraindication to the requested treatment;
- has not provided requested medical clearance where this is considered necessary for safe treatment; or
- has not disclosed relevant medical or health information that may affect the safety or suitability of the treatment.
Where an appointment cannot proceed because the client failed to disclose a known contraindication or relevant medical information, attended while knowingly unfit for treatment, or failed to provide previously requested medical clearance, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the full treatment fee may remain payable, in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
Service Etiquette & Professional Boundaries
Treatments are provided only to the person named as the client for the appointment. An appointment may be arranged or paid for by another person; however, the person receiving the treatment must be identified at the time of booking and must complete any required consultation and consent process before treatment can begin.
Requests to change a booked treatment to a different service within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may not be accepted and remain subject to treatment suitability, appointment duration and availability.
Clients may be asked to remove jewellery, make-up or other items where necessary for the safe and effective delivery of the treatment. For full-body massage treatments, clients are required to keep their underwear on. Appropriate draping with towels will be used throughout the treatment, with only the area being treated uncovered as necessary. Full nudity is not permitted.
ME TIME – Massage & Body Sculpt provides professional therapeutic and body contouring treatments only. Sexual services, sexualised treatments and “sensual massage” are not offered under any circumstances.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately towards the therapist at all times. Sexual comments, propositions, inappropriate touching, harassment, threatening, abusive or otherwise disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
If inappropriate behaviour occurs, the therapist reserves the right to immediately stop and terminate the treatment or appointment. In such circumstances, the client will be required to leave the premises, no refund will be provided, and the full treatment fee will remain payable where applicable.
Serious incidents, including harassment, threats, assault or other potentially unlawful behaviour, may be reported to the police or other appropriate authorities where necessary.
Studio & Clinic Information
Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time for their appointment out of consideration for other clients and to allow the full treatment schedule to run smoothly. Please plan your journey in advance, particularly when visiting for the first time, and allow sufficient travel time to avoid arriving late.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings while attending an appointment and are kindly asked to check that they have taken everything with them before leaving. If an item is accidentally left behind, I will keep it safely for collection and ask that it is collected as soon as reasonably possible.
Camberwell Studio
My Camberwell massage studio is a private, home-based studio located on the first floor.
As there is no waiting area, clients are kindly asked not to arrive early and to attend their appointment alone. If you arrive before your scheduled appointment time, I may be with another client or preparing and cleaning the treatment room and may therefore be unable to answer the door immediately.
For privacy and space reasons, friends, partners or other accompanying visitors cannot wait inside the studio during an appointment. Where a client requires assistance due to a disability, impairment, medical condition or other accessibility need, please contact me in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be discussed.
Clients are asked to bring their personal belongings into the treatment room. Coats and umbrellas may be left in the designated area near the entrance, while smaller belongings can be kept on the chair or in the basket provided. Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the client.
A toilet is available for clients; however, shower facilities are not available.
Clients arriving by bicycle may leave their bike in the designated area inside the building, subject to available space. Bicycles and other personal property are left at the client’s own responsibility.
Marylebone Clinic
Appointments in Marylebone take place at Next Stop… Wellbeing!, Unit 13, located on the first floor of a multi-business building.
Please use Buzzer 13 on the intercom on arrival so that access to the building can be provided.
There is no reception, but a waiting area is available on the ground floor. If you arrive slightly early, you may take a seat in the waiting area until your appointment time. Please avoid arriving significantly early, as I may not yet be at the clinic and may therefore be unable to provide access to the building.
Clients must enter the treatment room alone. Where a client requires assistance due to a disability, impairment, medical condition or other accessibility need, please contact me in advance so that suitable arrangements can be discussed.
Please note that the treatment room is located on the first floor, there is no lift, and the building is not wheelchair accessible. Clients with mobility or accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact me before booking so that we can determine whether the location is suitable.
Mobile Service
ME TIME – Massage & Body Sculpt offers a mobile massage service at clients’ homes and hotels across Central London within Zones 1 & 2, subject to availability.
Mobile appointments are subject to an additional travel fee, calculated according to the location, travel time and distance. Additional charges may apply for locations outside the standard service area or for appointments requested late in the evening. Any applicable travel surcharge will be confirmed before the appointment is booked.
Please note that certain treatments require specialist equipment and are therefore not available as a mobile service. These include Hot Stone Massage, Dry Cupping Therapy, Wood Therapy and Ultrasound Cavitation RF.
All mobile appointments remain subject to treatment suitability, location and availability.
