Gift Cards

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
Gift Cards can only be used to pay for treatments, they can be used for discounted treatments and for buying packages but not to buy other Gift Cards.
All Gift Cards can be redeemed only in person (they cannot be used to buy treatments online).
Robert Matzuzi, (Me Time Massage and Body Sculpt) does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.
Gift Cards are available as Physical Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards (electronic version of Gift Cards sent to your email or WhatsApp). Contact me if you wish to order a Paper Gift Card, this can be collected or sent to your home address (shipping fees apply). Robert Matzuzi, (Me Time Massage and Body Sculpt) does not accept liability for any damage (folded/broken Gift Card) caused by shipping. When ordering an online E-Gift Card you are kindly requested to leave your contact information (and not those ones of the recipient). This will allow me to contact you regarding your order. You will be then required to provide the name of the recipient in order for me to prepare the personalised E-Gift Card which will be sent to you by email/WhatsApp within 7 days from the date of purchase.
If you do not get back to me with the information required as above within 7 days from the date of purchase a full refund of your Gift Card value will be issued.
Gift card must be shown at the treatment time (for E-Gift Card, purchase confirmation email must to be shown).
Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase until the expiration date shown on the Paper Gift Card/confirmation purchase email for E-Gift Card and cannot be used after this time.
All Gift Cards are available for the value of £50, £100, £150.
Gift Card can be used in full or partially towards the payment of the treatment. If the treatment value is higher than the balance of your Gift Card, you will be asked to pay for the remaining cost in cash by card or bank transfer. Likewise, if the treatment value is lower than the balance of your Gift Card, the remaining balance will carry over for you to use another time.
Whilst all effort is made to ensure treatments are available as advertised, there may be times where certain treatments may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice. All treatments remain subject to availability.

Packages

Packages allow to get discount on treatments by purchasing them in block.
The full price of the package must be paid upfront before or at the time of the first treatment, a receipt as a proof of purchase will be issued.
The purchasing of a package requires a commitment from the client to redeem the package within 2 months. Although there will be tolerance and flexibility, clients will be asked to make an effort to book the next treatment at each treatment.

Hot Stone Massage, Dry Cupping, Wood Therapy and Ultrasonic Cavitation RF Packages are not available for mobile service, they are only offered at my studio.

Packages are non-refundable and they cannot be changed with another package.

Good Practice Policy

I am a full member of Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) which demonstrates that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Massage Therapy and Anatomy, Pathology and Physiology.

As a FHT member:

  • I am bound by the FHT Code of Practice and Ethics.
  • I follow the FHT Good Practice Policy and hygiene guidance to ensure client safety.
  • I will always be adequately insured for medical malpractice /professional indemnity requirements. 
  • I comply with the FHT Continuing Professional Development requirements which ensures my practice is kept up to date.
  • I am compliant with GDPR data protection, please see my separate GDPR policy here. Your information will remain confidential at all times.

Medical Conditions

During the booking process the client must inform of any present health conditions and must fill-in a consultation form at their first appointment. Clients are also required to keep informed the therapist of any change on their medical condition should they arise before each following appointment. Some medical conditions may require a GP approval.

Therapist reserves the right to refuse to offer a treatment in case the client shows at the time of the booking fever, nausea, diarrhoea, infectious disease, undiagnosed pain, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, if the client does not provide a GP letter consent when required or has not informed the therapist of a new presence of a medical condition that is a contra-indication to the treatment. In this circumstance the client will be still charged the full session amount.

Service Etiquette

Services can only be offered to the client who booked. Bookings made on behalf of third people cannot be accepted (this does not apply in the event of any medical disabilities/impairment/illness). Any treatment booked cannot be changed to another within 24 hours from the appointment scheduled.

Clients are required to remove jewelleries and make up when necessary. For full body treatments clients must keep their underwear. Nudity will not be accepted. Clients will be covered with towels throughout the treatment and only the part treated will be exposed from time to time.

As qualified professional therapist I DO NOT OFFER any sexual service or “sensual massage”. Offensive approach and disrespectful behaviour will not be accepted. Should such a similar circumstance arises I reserve the right to stop the treatment at any time (with no refund) and report to the police whenever necessary.

Visitors at the Studio/Clinic

Camberwell. I do not have a waiting room in my studio to accommodate visitors accompanying clients therefore all clients is required to enter the studio alone.

Marylebone. A waiting area is available at the clinic on ground floor. However the client must enter the therapy room alone.

At My Studio in Camberwell

My studio is located on the first floor.

Clients is kindly asked to arrive on time for their appointment as courtesy to other clients coming after. As I don’t have a waiting area is also required not to arrive early from the time scheduled and to come alone. Please bear in mind that I may be not able to open the door for you if you come early, I may be with another client or setting up the room/cleaning.

I politely invite all my clients especially at their first treatment to plan their journey in advance to avoid potential lateness because you don’t find me. If you check it in advance you will have plenty of time to contact me and ask for help.

Clients will be asked to bring all their belongings inside the treatment room (only the coat, umbrellas can be left at the entrance). They can be left on the chair or under the chair inside the basket at client’s discretion. It is client’s responsibility to ensure they took all their belongings before leaving my studio. If you forget something I will certainly hold it for you but please come and collect it as soon as possible.

At my studio is available toilet but is not possible to have a shower.

If you are planning to come by bike, you can leave it in a safe place inside the building.

At the Clinic in Marylebone

The clinic Next Stop… Wellbeing! is located on the first floor at the Unit 13 and 14 within a multi-business building. The building has not wheelchair accessible and there is not lift.

Buzz 13 at the Intercom and I can let you gain access into the building.

There is not reception.

Clients are kindly asked to arrive on time for their appointment as courtesy to other clients coming after. If you come early for your appointment please take a sit on the waiting area. If you come too early I may not be yet at the clinic and therefore may not be able to let you have access in the waiting area.

Mobile Service

Mobile Service is offered at client’s home and hotel in central London within zones 1 and 2 by charging an extra to cover travel expenses and time. An extra charge will be required outside these areas and for service in late evening.

Hot Stone Massage, Dry Cupping, Wood Therapy and Ultrasonic Cavitation RF are not available for Mobile Service.
