Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy Massage is a great choice for pregnant women as it helps to relax and support their bodies during a period of physiological changes and prepare the whole body for birth.

This massage uses gentle and relaxing movements specially adapted for the mother-to-be, recent studies have shown that massage is good for baby too as the unborn baby can be effected by the stress levels experienced by its mother, in fact massage has an indirect relaxing effect on the baby.
This means in general that the more relaxed a mother feels during pregnancy, the more relaxed her pregnancy and birth is probably to be.

***Please note Pregnancy massage MUST BE AVOIDED during the first trimester (0-13weeks)
It can be done from 14 weeks onwards!
